The October 2024 Monthly Market Detail Report was released today by the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors and while there was a 35.1% decrease in closed sales, both the median and average sale prices saw an uptick. The median sale price October of 2023 was $398,183 and saw an 8% increase to $430,000; while the average sale price saw a 10.2% increase from $521,309 to $574,556.
