While many New Smyrna Beach residents will note the major improvements they are proposing: extending William Blvd to SR 44 from Pioneer Trail and to 4-lane Sugar Mill from SR 44 to Pioneer Trail; they are also proposing paving many dirt roads in the Samsula area.
