April 2023 saw a 10.8% uptick in number of closed sales when compared to this time last year per the Monthly Market Detail Report released by the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors. The median sale price remained almost the same, going from $380,000 last year to $376,996 this year; while the average sale price was down 11.7% from $543,245 to $479,619. View the full report below:
