The month of December finished 2023 off slower than 2022. There was a 61% decrease in closed sales from 105 in December of 2022 to 41 last month. The median sale price saw a 5.1% decrease from $375,000 to $356,000. Could this be a sign of things to come for 2024? Or did the holidays impact closings? We shall see!
