The month of November saw a 37.7% drop in closed sales from this time last year, from 77 to 48. The median sale price increased 5.8% from $377,290 in November of 2022 to $399,245; while the average sale price saw a 23.1% decrease, from $547,149 to $420,927. The decreases can be attributed to the lack of new listings, which saw a 17.8% decrease from 118 to 97.
