Per the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors, February 2024 followed suit of the prior month when comparing year over year stats in regard to the number of closed sales, down 28.9% from 83 in 2/2023 to 59 in 2/2024. The median sale price was up 10.4% however, going from $370,000 to $408,500; and the average sale price also saw a 14.1% jump from $460,099 to $524,940.
