The number of closed sales was down slightly in April when compared to April 2024, down 3.1%; however the median sale price was up 19.6% – going from $388,700 in April of 2024 to $465,000. The average sale price also saw a 11.6% increase, from $537,029 to $599,492. Even though time of the market has increased substantially, prices are still increasing!
