The month of December 2024 saw an 80.5% increase of closed sales of single family homes in comparison with December of 2023, going from 41 to 74. The median sale price rose sharply as well by 20.2%, from $356,000 to $428,000. While prices are increases, the time to sell is also increasing. THe median time to contract increased 97.7%, going from 43 days to 85 days, due in part to the 90.8% increase in active listings from 228 to 435.
