The most recent monthly market detail released from the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors showed a median sale price decrease of 7.3%, from $410,000 in July of 2024 to $380,000 last month; however the average sale price sale a small 3.2% uptick, up to $551,164 from $533,883.
