Potential convenience store and retail on northwest corner of SR 415 & Taylor Road

The Volusia County Planning and Land Development Regulation Commission is considering case number PUD-17-002 today, July 11, 2017. The applicant is requesting a rezoning request from rural agriculture (RA) to BPUD for the property at 2494 Tomoka Farms Road, Port Orange.

They are looking to rezone to allow for a 5,000 square foot convenience store with fuel and also a 5,000 square foot retail store on the northwest corner of State Road 415 and Taylor Road.

This location is north of the Quiet Place in the Country community and west of the Spruce Creek Flyin.
