As we began 2021, the real estate market continued showing increases. According to the January 2021 Monthly Market Detail Report released by the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors on February 19, 2021, the average sale price during the month of January was $401,015, up from January 2020 when the average sale price was $348,754, a 15% increase. The median sale price was $289,950, up 11.8% from January of 2020.
